In 1978, a dedicated group formed out of Pastor Peter’s evangelical work, and they soon became a church of message believers. In 1985, he felt led to host a convention in Wales. It was attended by believers across the globe. Acts of the supernatural were seen in those meetings. Many people received the Holy Spirit, even on the plane home. In Holland, Europeans were liberated in the holy spirit during meetings. In Belgium, the holy ghost fell on the people before he had even started preaching.
